Technical Support Engineer (WordPress Experience Required)
Are you a problem-solver who loves diving into tech and helping people? Liana Technologies is looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join our Emerging Markets team, located in Dubai. You'll help customers get the most out of our LianaCloud marketing automation platform, while working with our Finnish HQ team to troubleshoot and deliver solutions.
What you'll do
- Provide top-notch support to customers for our web-based platforms.
- Troubleshoot issues, offer clear solutions, and escalate complex problems when needed.
- Collaborate with our global team and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
What You'll Need To Succeed
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS3, JavaScript, Bootstrap, PHP, Linux, and REST APIs.
- Strong communication skills in English; Mandarin/ Cantonese is a big plus.
- 3–6 years of technical support or programming experience.
- WordPress expertise: A must for navigating and solving platform-specific issues.
