We are looking for an accomplished Business Development Manager with extensive experience in the digital marketing sector and a vast network of industry contacts. This role is pivotal in driving our business growth across the UAE and the broader Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of achieving sales targets and leveraging relationships to secure new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Growth: Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities to drive growth for Liana Technologies in the UAE and the MENA region.
- Network Utilization: Leverage an extensive network of industry contacts to generate leads, foster relationships, and open doors to new business ventures.
- Sales Execution: Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals. Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing deals.
- Proposal Management: Create and present tailored proposals that address client needs and align with Liana Technologies’ solutions. Articulate value propositions clearly and effectively.
- Internal Collaboration: Work closely with customer support teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on business development activities, including sales performance, pipeline status, and market feedback. Provide actionable insights and updates to senior management.
About you:
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in business development or sales, with a strong background in digital marketing or technology.
- Network: An extensive and relevant contact network within the digital marketing and technology sectors in the UAE and MENA region. Demonstrated success in acquiring well known brands in the Middle East.
- Skills: Deep understanding of digital marketing technologies, excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proven ability to leverage networks for business development.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing.
- Language: Fluent in English is required.
- Attributes: Results-driven, and capable of working independently. Strong analytical skills and the use of AI-based prospecting tools are essential.
